I just bought a new underwater setup, a Canon SD770 and the matching WP-DC23 underwater housing (total from Amazon.com was right at $320 for camera and housing). This setup is waterproof to 40 meters, so it's able to go pretty deep if you dive. I haven't tried it out in the tank yet, but will hopefully find some time soon. I also have an older Nikon S5 and a matching Nikon underwater housing for it and have used it for some decent macro shots within my tank (as well as snorkeling while in St. Kitts a couple years ago). And I'm not really too upset, and really would in my case rather have a camera with a separate housing as the camera itself is very small when it's not in the housing, allowing me to slip it in my travel bag easily when I'm out and about. Though it is nice to see more underwater options coming out. Check my web site in the future and I'll post a review of the setup when I've had time to try it out and get some photos.
