MX series LED spotlight fixtures are an exciting new lighting product for the reef aquarium. Unlike many of the simple E26 LED spotlights that we’ve been seeing a lot of lately, this lamp is a complete fixture, including a clip-on actuating base that can adjust to suit your preferred lighting angle. Aquatouch of Phoenix, AZ has been testing the MX series LED spotlight fixtures for several months now and have deemed them worthy of importing to the aquarium trade for resale. The MX series spotlights come in six color combinations that can be combined to attain your preferred lighting intensity and color rendition. At $359.95, the LED spotlight fixture privilege won’t come cheap but we expect the lifetime and performance of these lamps to more than make up for it, at least for bragging rights! Aquatouch is already taking pre-orders for the MX series spotlight LED fixture and they expect to start shipping in early December. Follow the break for a look at the six different colors of the MX series LED spotlight fixture.

  1. Wow 4 nano LED lights in a row, nice…

However forget the nano, where’s the large tank versions… hopefully that don’t cost thousands upon thousands of dollars! :D

  2. Finally someone is actually selling authentic Japanese aquarium lighting! The lights look awesome. Really like the look of the 6700K and going to have to get on the preorder list.

  3. Nice! At least they’re entering the market… what would be even sweeter is if we could get the Supakuru spotlights in the US :)

  4. I was thinking about modifying one of these Cree led flood lights by adding three blue. They seem to be similar and my be a cheaper alternative.
