@rroselavy, this is nothing like you’re implying!

This was an advancement in our firmware that wasn’t possible before based on the older communication setup. This is a major update that required a LOT of hard work on this end. What made this possible was the continued development for the myReef project and some of the advancements that came from that.

Its a good move considering the coming of the Apex Lite…

I am not a believer in “crippleware” marketing, so I am glad to see DA come to its senses.

I think it’s awesome. A solid entry level controller that won’t break the bank with expandability and the options like a net modules making it a great building block to get you into the controller market without sacrificing performance or your reefing budget.

This is very exciting new for RKL owners. I never thought that RKL would get net connected. How cool that they will soon see some functionality that they never expected.
