Ecoxotic gets in the 25 Gallon aquarium business

10

Apparently, when Ecoxotic showed their LED lights off, its 25 gallon aquariums captured the attention of hobbyists across the United States. It captured them so much so that they have decided to start selling the aquariums directly to consumers. You can order an 18-inch by 18-inch by 18-inch aquarium for only $250, which is about $10 gallon. Plus you can add the stand for about $250 more, giving you a nice little nano setup for only $500.  The 25 gallon aquarium kit includes things like a glass top, integrated filtration with protein skimmer, bio-media, recirculating pump, and water top-off bottles. Most of that stuff you probably will change out or customize, but for $250, we aren’t complaining.  The nice thing about this is that Ecoxotic’s LED systems integrate very well with the aquarium which means less eye-sore DIY contraptions you’ve probably seen on your favorite reef forum. Because, lets face it, most of us aren’t DIY masters and screw it up. The aquarium is available and in stock today.

It literally is just a Solana. Ecoxotic is just a splinter of CurrentUSA so that if they get sued by Orbitec they could just cut ties and not have to worry about CurrentUSA being sued into oblivion. Nice tank though.
