USB Desktop Aquarium, when pico just ain’t small enough

This USB Desktop Aquarium may just be the product you’re looking for to spruce up your desk at the office and get your aquarium fix at the same time. This little ditty is packed with all the things to keep your desk organized, coupled with a working aquarium powered by a USB port on your computer. The built in LCD display will keep you on track with a calendar with date, time, what day of the week it is, and the temperature. Along with that it features an alarm clock to terrorize your fish and snap you out of your reefing daydream and a snooze button for when those reports can just be too daunting. Keep your pens and other things organized in the integrated pen holder.

For your fish, the USB Desktop Aquarium holds 1.5 quarts of water with an overhead light, undergravel filtration and multicolor interior lights. Zen away your day with the built in nature sounds and you are good to go! This little aquarium is expected to set you back around $40 and will be released in mid-October by Fascinations, makers of other silly gadgets. For you laptop users, you may want to invest in a USB adapter for a power outlet because it would suck for you to power down and leave your finned friends stranded.

    Doesn’t this seem a little insanely cruel? Even the picture shows two goldfish that are approximately half as long as the entire aquarium.

    This is inhumane!!! I think it’s a lame idea and should have one of those fake hologram type of pictures and then just use that space for more of your office junk.
