Gyromarin is a special treatment for marine ornamental fish against skin worms (Gyrodactylus), gill worms (Dactylogyrus) and tapeworms (Cestodes). Gill worm infestation results in an increased respiratory rate. Ornamental fish with tapeworm infection frequently lose weight rapidly despite normal eating habits. Skin worm infestation will cause fish to attempt to rid themselves of the parasites by scraping. The special active ingredient Praziquantel is well- tolarable and fights effectively any of these worm infections.
