Ultra Algae X, the cure all, end all drug from Fauna Marin promised to rid your aquarium of Algae. Most users of the product are very happy with the sucess of it, however with some algaes such as lobophora, it isn’t doing the trick. One users had this to say about it: “My experience with lobophora was so-so. Some of it died but not near all of it. Maybe my dosing wasn’t enough. Seems like my inhabitants went through enough stress so I quit after the 500 ml was used up.” The 500ml is the standard bottle size. Others have more positive comments about other algaes. However if you your looking to clear up lobophora then you’ll need to figure out another way.
