That new Tunze Turbelle Stream 2 pump that has been released features a nifty magnet that comes with it. Tunze finally fixed one of the biggest complaints coming from the reef community, the attachement option. By offering the magnet system in with the Stream 2 pump gone is the need to buy a seperate magnetic holder. Which is what most hobbyists were forced to purchase. Most went with the Sure Grip magnetic holder to remedy the attachment problem. What is the fate of the Sure Grip magnetic holder? It does work with the slow dying SEIO pumps along with the RIO pumps, we don’t think they will be in trouble. We so don’t want to be in there shoes, but we are sure they have their thinking caps on making another product that is as useful as the Sure Grip magnetic holder was and still is.
