Warner Marine popped out another cone shapped skimmer, not to be confused with their other prototype, this skimmer called the K1 is Warner Marine’s attempt at a cone skimmer. It uses the VBT bubble ring technology that Warner Marine likes to flaunt for all to see, which promises to decrease bubble turbulence. The skimmer is powered by a Sicce PSK-2500 sucking in air at 950lph. The height is 23″ and has a base diameter of 9.85â€. The neck diameter is 4.4″ and the footprint is a respectable 15 x 12 area. The pump uses 25 watts, and it is good for aquariums up to 300 gallons. No, we don’t have any pricing information for you, also remember that this is a prototype and production models will be several months away. Click the read link for more gallery images below.
