Say Whaat? ATB really seems to be hauling serious butt recently. Not even a few days after releasing a new skimmer line, the skimmer has already been priced and up for pre-order. The retail price is $799 and you can go pop over to Reef Specialty to place a pre-order. Weren’t these skimmers supposed to be cheaper and more affordable? We were thinking that more affordable meant that it would be under $500, silly us. As a refresher, the standard line has a 8″ diameter base and a 4″ neck, with a single Sicce PSK-2500 pump which has been modified. This new standard line is expected to hit the United States by the end of January.
