We have some additional information on the bio-actif reef salt that was released at Interzoo 2008. The salt like we previously stated has no nitrates, phosphates and other unnatural enrichment additives. However, this new salt has optimized values (similar to the Pro Reef Sea Salt) at KH (about 8 °) and pH (8.4 to 8.5), which if you have a need for that you will want to check this salt out. European pricing for a 4KG box (pictured) is € 18.95 ($25.27), a 10KG container € 46.90 ($62.50) and a 24KG tub is € 97.95 ($130.65). We are hoping that these prices will be lower when its brought over here to the United States.
