While Seachem is busy readying their new Salinity salt, Brightwell Aquatics seems to be finished with their final recipe of their NeoMarine salt. A local fish store in Florida, named Studio Aquatics has received the “first batch” of the new salt. The new salt is manufactured in Brightwell’s own in-house production facility which is a first; many of the new salts released in the American market in the last few years have come from one of just three marine aquarium salt production facilities in North America. NeoMarine Reef Salt will be available in 50 and 150 gallon sizes as well as 300 gallon store use and 1500 gallons for commercial applications. Pricing should be on par with the Tropic Marin Pro Reef salt (usually about $70 for 150 gallons and $100 for 300 gallons).
