Those OEM Royal Exclusiv cone skimmers, named Alpha with the Vertex brand name on them are said to be pretty popular. So popular in fact that a few of our reef cousins have wanted to get on in the action. Up to this point they couldn’t as the skimmers would only sport a 120v connection. Not any longer. The Vertex Alpha cone skimmers are now being offered with a 220v connection so it will work in the rest of the world. We just wish that European companies would get with the boat faster in exporting/readying their products for the US market. We like having options.
