AquaLight’s new Eco LED fixture is said to be released soon to the European market. This is a 100 watt fixture that is powered by one single LED die consisting of 100 x 1 watt LEDs packed into a tiny space, along with the ample ventilation required to cool the unit. The fixture is a stainless steel shell and beams light down at 9.5 kelvin range. You can pick this up in Europe for a cool 899 euro. Don’t worry, it will be making its way overseas so you’ll have time to start robing banks, saving your money. It’s very possible that the AquaLight Eco 100 uses a similar 100 watt led package as the one we posted about last spring.
