You can now save $50 off the R36 Pro sump that feature what they call the Precision Marine Quiet-Flow system that route incoming water from the tank into an isolated chamber isolate turbulence. The water is then directed in a more gentle flow into micron filter socks for mechanical filtration.
The Precision Marine R36 Pro sump uses all 1/4 in. acrylic so its nice and beefy without having thinner acrylic on other areas. Its a pretty sweet looking sump and measures in at 36 x 18 x 15 in. with a 39 gallon capacity, but operates at a consistent 8 in. water level.
Other features include three 1 in. drain connections, dual 7 in. filter socks, a pretty large skimmer chamber, top bracing, while baffles to cut down on light, five tube holders and a magnetic probe holder.
