The foot hoops are interchangeable to fit your foot size from XS to large, and the foot straps vary for either barefoot or dive boot use. The differently colored side-mounted stiffeners are not just for show either, with each sporting a varying degree of stiffness for added versatility.
The Shift XT is the chameleon of dive fins, with an ingenious zipper down the ‘split’ which enables wearers to quickly prioritize thrust or maneuverability. If you’re committed to having a split fin design, Indigo Industries is also offering the Apex XT dive fin without a zipper, but with all the other interchangeable features.
Dive shops and dealers who don’t want to stock a huge inventory of fins in different sizes and colors will definitely appreciate being able to build-a-fin to their customers’ preference.
