The Super Mario aquarium is what you get when you mix aquarium creativity with a love of video games and the world’s best toy building blocks, LEGOs! This faithful recreation of Super Mario Bros. 1 in a 55 gallon aquarium features pipes, a goomba, magic mushroom, turtle, Mario, the flagpole and of course the castle. Although this sort of video game folk art installation is probably best suited for keeping a goldfish inside, could you imagine how cool you could make this thing with the right assortment of coral frags, zoanthids and mushroom anemones? Throw in a peacock mantis shrimp and Mario would have one heckuva Big Boss to fight at the end of the level. One more pic and a video after the break.
