Digital Aquatics was kind enough to respond to an earlier report about Reef Keeper elite owners not being happy. Of the issues reported, most if not all of them will be fixed in the coming 1.07 update. That update will be available within the next few days. Also too is a much higher update, 2.0 will be released in the fourth quarter of this year. That update should bring a peace and calm among all Reef Keeper Elite’s worldwide. Most users appear to be happy with Digital Aquactics powerful unit, some were distressed when support was moved to their own support site versus having it on a popular unpopular reef forum. No surprise there as most companies prefer their customers contact them directly versus having them go an extra leap to contact them. So what say you?
