We don’t know if this is true or not but thought we’d report it nonetheless and if you care to look at your salt report in comments. We have several reported sources that Seachem’s Reef salt has changed for the better. The actual formula of the salt remains the same but what has changed is the grain size of the salt. Users are reported that new batches of the the stuff seem more powdery and easier to mix. Also it should be mentioned that Seachem Reef Salt was known for having small bits of black particles in the salt and that too is gone as well. We prefer having a salt that is easier to mix without the small black particles and Seachem seems to be paying attention to what hobbyists like and dislike about their products and changing accordingly. Kudos to them.
