As you may have noticed, things are happening here at ReefBuilders. We are staying busy reporting the world of science, art and hobby of the marine aquarium and everything associated with it but the site has grown so much readership that we decided to bring in some writing reinforcements. The RB senior editorial staff has been scouring high and low for the right caliber of dedicated aquarists to join the writing staff and it is with great pleasure that we introduce our newest contributors Guinevere Burnard and Richard Ross. Guin (aka guinapora) is a long time coral junkie who has worked and managed one of the largest reef stores in Philadelphia, The Hidden Reef but she currently resides in Golden Colorado where she is full time practicing Reefer Chick. Rich Ross (aka bandensis) is a professional aquarist at the California Academy of Sciences Steinhart Aquarium where he designs and maintains a range of exhibits with an emphasis on Cephalopod display and reproduction. With an octopus on his head he’s got to be good right?
