While we are not sure why Eshopps decided to name its first cone skimmer “snow” we do know that it has begun shipping to retailers..We first heard of this skimmer back in November, but neglected to show it to our dear readers, thanks to Eric Sanchez for the reminder. The skimmer includes an nifty adjustable silencer which allows you to adjust the silencer itself to your own preference. There is an aquabee pump pushing water though the unit generating a nice froth that is displayed in the video after the jump. Retailing for only $675 at Premium Aquatics this new cone skimmer from Eshopps is targeting the budget conscious aquarists, so long as their tank is up to 200 gallons. This is the first out of 3 models that have been confirmed in the snow-cone line from Eshopps.
