The venerable Advanced Aquarist Online Magazine is already available in print on an annual volume basis but a recent tweet from AAOM’s Twitter feed alluded to the consideration of producing AAOM as a bonafide monthly print magazine. We somehow doubt that the mag would be distributed through traditional channels and it is more likely that they would consider using something akin to the micropublishing service, Magcloud. With CORAL focusing on broad fishy topics, ReefLife focusing on the reef life, and Reef Hobbyist focusing on what’s hot, we believe there is a definite opening for Advanced Aquarist to make a play as the magazine about Advanced Aquarium keeping. If you are interested in having AA delivered to your mailbox in addition to your inbox, make yourself heard in the comments.
