When we first broke the news about Deltec’s new hot iPod white skimmers we loved them the moment we saw them. This video that has surfaced shows us a couple unique things. First, the TC 3070 Deltec skimmer that is exposed to the camera is quiet. Like really, really quiet. Like your-wife-would-let-you-get-it-because-it’s-so-quiet. The double bubble plate is quite interesting and the nice creamed froth of bubbles those “Aquabee like” pumps produce really have us wanting to release it on a nice batch of uncured rock. Our guess is that Aquabee has an agreement with Deltec for those specially made pumps and isn’t letting another protein skimmer manufacturer have at them.
