The November issue of Advanced Aquarists has gone live with a diversity of articles that target aquarists from beginners to advanced. Although not necessarily aimed at the beginners, Terry’s advanced aquascaping session and Dana Riddle’s DIY glossary are useful tools for setting up a new aquarium, whether it’s your first, or your first this week. We are particulalry taken by reefing neighbor Andrew Berry’s featured article on Columbellid snail reproduction and how to get these guys’ to multiply in a glass box. Columbellids are a very good general detritivore and we highly recommend Andy’s writeup on how to grow a part of your own invertebrate aquarium-maintenance army.
