The fish food business just got a bit smaller as San Francisco Bay Brand has purchased Ocean Nutrition. Ocean Nutrition has an extensive reach over in Europe with a large distribution network, something that San Francisco Bay brand hopes to take advantage of. The Ocean Nutrition operations will move to San Francisco Bay Brand headquarters in Northern California. The company has no plans to eliminate either brand, with each brand focusing on its individual channels in core markets. For those of you in Europe who aren’t familiar with San Francisco Bay Brand expect to see a lot more of their products in the months to come.
