The KW reactor 300 from Two Little Fishies is a new kalkwasser reactor that has been promised to us in the 2 lil fishies catalog since MACNA in Jersey but which is only now close to becoming available. The KW Reactor 300 is rated for adding Calcium Hydroxide to aquariums up to 300 gallons and it should land with a sub $100 retail price. The KW Reactor 300 uses a 1200 gph powerhead (presumably for mixing), 1/2″ hose and a check valve but it will need to be periodicaly fed with freshwater through the use of a timer or top off switch.
