The new Polario 4ml, 7ml and 10ml are a new water pump from Rio, the company that has brought us more (blank) water pumps than you can shake a stick at. Once the dominant maker of value driven centrifugal water pumps, these new Stubby Polarios are the first new propeller water pumps since the pricey and unconventional Polario. For a product which basically consists a chopped down version of the previous Polario water pump, the stubby Polario 4ml, 7ml and 10ml sure did take their sweet time in coming to market. In any case, we really do liek the original “inside out” impelled design with the rotor spinning around the stator. The Polario ML series will deliver 2300-10K liter of hour of water flow, with a preprogrammed timer which automatically alternates the flow every 15 seconds for the 10ml, 5 seconds for the 7 ml and 10 seconds for the 4 ml with a 5 second pause with every alternation. No word on pricing or availability but when these hit the states you can expect to be affordable and abundant.
