We’ve written about Ken Nedimyer before and the amazing work him and his team are doing with the Coral Restoration Foundation, restoring coral to reefs off of Key Largo. We were amazed by these inspiring and beautiful pictures in a recent photo spread from the South Florida Sun Sentinal and just couldn’t resist sharing with you all. Photojournalist Carey Wagner did an awesome job capturing the wondrous beauty of this undersea operation and even managed to get a few images of Two Little Fishies’ and reef master Julian Sprung doing some work on the project.
Below are a few of the choice pictures, for more check out the original article at the Sun Sentinal. Enjoy the photos and if you happen to be a certified SCUBA diver and are in the area, volunteer some time with the project yourself. Contact the Coral Restoration Foundation to volunteer.
