Among other things, Hikari Seaweed Extreme is a pelleted food designed explicitly for tangs which is made from 67% seaweed of several different species. With such an established product line, we don’t expect to add too many products to the mix but nothing could be further from reality at this year’s Reefapalooza. Hikari Seaweed Extreme will be available in two pelleted sizes and shipping towards the end of the year. So our tangs may still appreciate a real sheet of Nori now and then but now with Hikari Seaweed Extreme surgeonfish owners will have more of an option to feed their tangs with a pelleted food which is made mostly from seaweed anyway.
