The Quadspec V2 LED PAR 20 bulbs are exciting new spotlights from MarineReefLED, with a great visual appeal and pretty unique spectrums . We got our hands on the PAR20 Quadspec spotlight and the PAR20 Fiji Blue spotlight and in person these are definitely very nifty spotlights. Consuming only 15 watts these lights are meant for really small tanks or as supplemental lighting, but they should do a great job as such.
Both the Quaspec Mini and Fiji Blue lights are PAR 20 spotlights, but the latter is mainly meant for supplementation with a primarily blue spectrum, while the former is meant as to be used as full spectrum light. The Quadspec spotlight utilizes two 455nm Blue LEDs, one 420nm Fiji Purple LED, one 4500K Warm White LED, and one 10,000K White LED. The Fiji Blue spotlight uses a combination of three 455nm Blue LEDs and two 420nm Fiji Purple LEDs
The design of the lights is far from revolutionary, but that is totally OK since in this case there really is no need to re-invent the wheel. That said Marine Reef LED did clearly spend time to improve and polish the stock PAR 20 spotlight. The build quality of these spotlights is spot on, and the cheap-sheet-metal-feeling you sometimes get with other spotlights is completely lacking. The design of the spotlights was furthermore well done, as is obvious when looking at the pictures.

These lamps are currently for sale within the UK at £23.99 (~$36) for the Fiji Blue PAR 20 spotlight and £29.99 (~$45) for the Quadspec Mini V2 PAR 20. They may be 15 watts but these are still PAR20 lamps with a small spread so you can’t use them for broader live coral spotlighting but they work wonders on the smaller tanks.
