Eheim released a nifty fragging station at interzoo 2014, the “MultiBox”. It is essentially a hang-on container with a removable drip tray. It has many uses for both the freshwater and marine hobby, and it looks well suited for fragging corals without the mess. The unit includes brackets to hold your favorite fragging tools, so they stay handy while you work.
The hang-on mount is adjustable to fit different tanks. The top drip tray is two parts that sit above a fairly larger water container. Therefor you can leave half of the tray seated, while opening up the other half to the spacious water container underneath. Simply fill the container with some saltwater and now you have a place to put those newly glued frags while the glue cures.
In addition, you can also use the Multibox for moving organisms across the room or transporting dirty filter media to the trash. Bought something new at the local fish store? Use the Multibox as an acclimation chamber. The uses for this simple and functional accessory are endless.
