Rio had 3 LED fixtures on display: The Pendant Pro, the Star Pendant, and the Grow Pro. The Star Pendant and Grow Pro use interchangeable multichip LED bulbs. The Star Pendant uses single bulb, and is designed to be a simple nano light. It can be hung or used with a tank mount. The Grow Pro is a beefed up version of the same interchangeable concept, utilizing 6 of these multichip bulbs. The bulbs come in 8000K white, 10000K white, and Blue. Inside the Grow Pro, you can mix and match these combinations to your liking. The Star Pendant clocks in at 11-watts, while the Grow Pro runs at 132-watts.
The Pendant Pro looks more interesting. It’s basically a pendant with a controllable multichip LED. On top of the pendant, you have two dials to adjust the intensity of the blue and white separately. The Pendant Pro comes in a 30, 60, or 90 watt version. The Pendant Pro definitely appears inspired by Kessil’s pendant, but it is larger in size.
