The world is a big place but with modern travel, it’s possible to get from one side to the other in civilized fashion. We travel a lot to find the best stories and see the greatest animals, and sometimes it takes us to incredible tropical reef locations.
For the next two weeks, I will be in Palau, visiting Biota Palau, and discovering all the magical reefs and marine creatures this postcard destination has to offer. Before we show you the corals and the life underwater, we thought it’d be a nice change-up to bring you along for the ride criss crossing this spinning ball of rock and water we live on.
It’s truly amazing to see where corals live and reef fish come from, but there’s a serious amount of work involved with racking up so many travel miles. Thankfully, the trip from Denver Colorado to Koror Palau is a manageable three flights with travel time and only 30 hours from end to end, and some airports can be very entertaining for longer layovers.
Once you see the pictures and videos we’re working on you’ll agree that the trip was well worth the effort. We hope you enjoy riding with us on this travel video and stay tuned for loads of incredible stories about Palau over the coming days.
