Unless you’ve been reefing under a rock, there’s no way you haven’t heard of the Reefapalooza conference, and the multiple events they have around the country. With its origin in Southern California and growing to also take place in Orlando Florida and New York, Reefapalooza has become a national phenomenon welcoming around 10,000 visitors every year combined.
For reefers living solidly in the midwest United States and Canada, more than a thousand miles from these established Reefapalooza locations, boy have we got some good news for you. Starting in October of 2019 next year, Reefapalooza will be taking place in the beautiful windy city of Chicago, Illinois as the fourth official Reefapalooza conference.
The inaugural Reefapalooza Chicago will take place October 19 & 20th, 2019 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel. This beautiful venue already has a long history of hosting large, successful aquarium events and we have no doubt it will carry the torch of the Reefapalooza legacy in the heart of America. Besides the date and the location no official website or announcement has been made but we’ll be sure to keep you informed as details are made available.
