Just like in Orlando, Reefapalooza New York was a most excellent reef aquarium show brimming with reefers, interesting new gear, and exciting livestock. It’s really hard to imagine how Reefapalooza’s producers could make this event any better but we also don’t want to say this show is as good as it’s going to get.
There was a wealth of new things to see and oh so many corals to look at, it’s getting to the point that it’s almost impossible to eyeball every possible coral frag and colony. But we did our best, earmarking a nice selection of zoanthids, soft corals and one special shrimp to bring home and will share with you as soon as they are camera-ready.
But as we collect ourselves and recover, we definitely want to make sure that you didn’t miss our livestreams for both days of Reefapalooza in New York. It can be quite a challenge to get through the crowd with camera and stabilizer and everything going on, but with a little planing I think we featured some pretty neat highlights of the show, especially in the equipment and display department, and a few very special fish.
If you’re itching to see what the corals looked like, be sure and subscribe to our Youtube channel and click the notification bell so you never miss a video. You’ll surely want to see all the coral eye candy coming up in our next feature of Reefapalooza New York, and big thanks to all the readers & viewers who introduced themselves at the show.
