With the current impact of COVID19 on the aquatics industry, we were wondering what if any announcement MASNA would make regarding their 2020 MACNA conference. We just received word from MASNA the 2020 MACNA conference scheduled for Fri, Aug 28, 2020 – Sun, Aug 30, 2020, has been canceled.
“We are saddened to announce that MACNA 2020 has been canceled. All of us were looking forward to gathering in Phoenix to visit with our fishy friends, but in the current environment, there is no way to do so safely. We will be outlining the process for exhibitors and attendees to transfer their deposits and tickets to MACNA 2021 shortly. Please stay tuned.”
Vendors and potential attendees can transfer their reservations to the 2021 show which the location will be announced shortly. We doubt this will be the only announcement for aquarium event-based shows and expect to see other announcements in the weeks ahead.
