Reef Micro-Feeder and Reef Macro-Feeder are two new coral foods from New Life Spectrum, arguably one of the most popular freshwater and saltwater fish pelleted foods in the United States. Although New LIfe Spectrum pellets have been a staple of the American aquarium scene for a decade, the popular pellet maker has waited quite a long time to come out with any kind of coral foods. The Reef Micro-Feeder is intended to be added to the aquarium water, simulating planktonic food capture for corals with small polyps whereas the Reef Macro-Feeder is intended for target feeding LPS corals. The Reef Macro is the only coral pellet food that we can think of and it will be interesting to see how both new products perform.
