The Aqua Stream Pump from Aquatic Nature is a new high-performance top loading powerhead for flowing up your reef tank late-nineties style. We could go on about it’s high quality parts, 2500 and 3500 liter per hour flow rate but this thing has parts which need oiling. Need we say more? Like the Supreme Filter King and Aqua King pumps of old, the Aqua Stream has an external motor which is held out of water while connected to a submerged impeller. That’s right, this is a flow pump, which is not water proof, and uses an impeller instead of a propeller. What are we supposed to do with a centrifugal pump, run an undergravel filter with it? Puh-lease. Hey Aquatic Nature! 1997 called and it wants it’s TOP pumps back.
Aqua Stream from Aquatic Nature is a new top loading powerhead, how quaint
