This short film about Box Crabs filmed at Stingray City in the Caymans features the kind of intimacy that we usually think is reserved for warm and soft animals. You may think that your aquarium invertebrates are really unaware of their environment, simply being programmed to eat and reproduce, but this movie shows that there’s a whole lot more going on under the hood of at least some crustaceans than we usually give them credit for.
