The AquaHouse Dosing Pump may have been on the market for a little while but we ran across it while reading about some updates coming up with Reef Octopus and wanted to make sure we covered it for you, our loyal readers. Finding a decent, sub-$100 dosing pump is pretty hard in the hobby and it looks like AquaHouse is looking to hit that need with this pump. Beyond a low price tag, the AquaHouse pump features a digital, on-board indicator and control with the peristaltic pump. More info and images after the break.
As a perfect way to replenish evaporated water, dose trace elements, two-part supplements, kalkwasser or any other liquid supplement or food, the AquaHouse Dosing Pump allows up to 24 cycles per day with the ability to dose anywhere from 1-99 ml per cycle. These pumps can even be daisy chained together elimiating the need for separate power supplies for each unit. The pump is controlled by a push button display with automatic micro-computer control and a calibration function to keep everything in sync and dosing as specified. The AquaHouse Dosing Pump are not that huge, measuring in at 2.5 x 5 x 2.875 in. We were able to scope these out online for just under $85 with the power supply.
