Cirrhilabrus adornatus is one of those wrasses that looks unassuming at the store but when given the right kind of care and lighting it can really shine. As with most reef fish, once you get them home into a relaxed reef setting give them some good food and some time to settle in the colors and vibrance of the fish become much more pronounced. Here we have a video slideshow by Dietmar Schauer who also did the awesome exposes of Gramma dejongi and the Xyrichthys Razor Wrasse. Hats off to Mr. Schauer for seeing this beautiful Cirrhilabrus adornatus wrasse in an uncommon light and you can see more at Dietmar Schauer’s website Reef-View.
