The Nimble Nano and Nimble Super are two models from a reef DIYer turned manufacturer Jerome Mopsik. We love it when a company focuses on a single product or market category as it means that they will usually pay attention to minor details that make their product focus better overall. The Nimble Nano and Nimble Super are not going to shake up the reef aquarium world, but if you are a die hard nano-reefer, the Nimbles are worth your consideration.
Comparing the Nimbles to the Nanomag, the Nimble Nano is a little bit weaker in strength and the Nimble Super is a little bit stronger, but both of the Nimbles have a larger scrubbing surface area which means fewer passes on the aquarium glass. Depending on the size of your tank, you may want to invest in both a NanoMag and Nimble magnet – the NanoMag for reaching really tight places like in between rocks and the Nimble for scraping algae from the front glass in fewer strokes. The Nimble Nano and Nimble Super are $13 and $16 respectively and orders over $25 ship free.
