We can’t look at the cute little face of the diminutive bladefin basslet without being completely in love with it. This Jeboehlkia gladifer collected at a depth fo 600 feet and photographed by Barry Brown in Curacao is absolutely adorable. The forward facing eyes, teardrop shaped pupils and the white stripe in the middle of the face totally looks like someone shrunk down a Louti grouper to a nano reef size. The beautiful bladefin is only the second one photographed alive and don’t even ask how much it costs, it’ll be a bundle.
