Reef Test, is a new line of aquarium water testing kits from Salifert that are designed for the budget conscious. For those living under a rock, Salifert is a Holland base company that has been producing their test kits for hobbyists for several years. These new budget kits offer entry to the Salifert Brand while still giving the end user great value for the money. However, with the lower cost comes a reduction in the accuracy of readings. For example, Salifert’s now higher end Profi-Test will measure dkh at 0.02 accuracy, while the new budget Reef Test kit measures at 0.05 accuracy. These new reef test kits will be hitting later this year (roughly Fall 2012) to distributors across the world.
