The Sicce Xstream is a new generation of propeller aquarium water pumps from one of our favorite pump manufacturers. The XStream Pump builds on the foundation of the Voyager pumps with top quality materials, silent operation, compact size, and sound absorbing pads that turn the XStream into a veritable ninja of water flow, even when it is switched on and off in wave-making applications.
Sicce will be making the XStream in four sizes which have been specially designed to be very small and easily hidden in the aquarium aquascape, with water flow outputs ranging from 920 gph (3500l/h) to 2100 gph (8000l/h). From what we can gather the Sicce Voyager Nano is an essential preview of what we can expect from the look and feel of the new Sicce XStream water pumps with a tri-blade propeller, actuating ball joint mount and of course, the diminutive size.
Better yet, Sicce will be unveiling a controllable version of the XStream called the XStream-E which is a 24V DC pump with a flowrate up to 2100 gallons per hour. The Driver of the XStream-E allows flow rate adjustments from 850 gph to 2100 gph with 4 different programs : short pulse – medium pulse – long pulse and random. It’s easy to get excited about new water pumps from the makers of the Syncra and Voyager line and we can’t wait to see the new XStream pumps for ourselves later this week.
