Writing about the release of the Radion Mounting System got us to thinking about all the new products we reported on at InterZoo which American reefers will see for the first time at MACNA. While it may be four months after their initial release, many of the products debuted at InterZoo 2014 are one-offs and prototypes; the ensuing time until MACNA has given the products’ respective manufacturers time to refine their creations to the point where they will be fully ready for showtime at MACNA 2014 in two weeks.
Anyone who says that the aquarium hobby is stagnant in any way is clearly not paying attention to the deluge of new products and innovations that are being created all over the world and on labor day weekend in Denver, the best of the best will be on display vying for your attention and your reefing budget, and boy is there a lot of really cool stuff to see and play with this year.
We reported on a record number of new products at InterZoo 2014, way over yonder in Germany, but now it’s time for the American reef scene to see and experience what the fresh new wave of reefing gear will bring to us in the near future.
