Fluval Sea’s new EVO 12—a 12 gallon nano tank is set to be released early next year if all goes as planned. The new tank includes LED lighting that is said to be “ideal for SPS and LPS corals” and included “high output circulation pump” with an industry “integrated 3-stage flirtation” system. Not pictured is an adjustable surface skimmer and multi directional flow nozzles for tank flow which is very important. The best part is the Evo 12 kit will retail for $199 and you will have the option to have a Fluval Sea Mini protein skimmer in the mix for an add-on upgrade.
For the price the Evo 12 is a great deal for your home and office tanks if you want to keep up with water changes and the like. The tank will come with a base for the aquarium tank that will give it an elevated look and feel –something we have not seen in the greater industry as a whole. And will give the new EVO 12 a much different look than other nano tanks. The LED lighting mentioned earlier is touch sensitive. Want to change the lighting array? Just touch it.
