Reef Aquarium shows and conferences have become a very big deal in the American marine aquarium hobby and if you haven’t been to one of the big three yet, MACNA, Reefapalooza or ReefStock, you are really missing something special. Reefapalooza is going down in Orlando this weekend for its second year since it was franchised from the original event in Orange County California.
Spearheaded by World Wide Corals and being one of the most inclusive show in the entire Southeast United States, the first Reefapalooza of the year promises to be a great venue for frags, corals, reef gear, a killer raffle and of course our fellow reefers. We couldn’t believe how huge this show was in its inaugural year and we can’t wait to see what will come together for this second round.
Press Release:
Reef-A-Palooza (RAP) Orlando is back for round #2 this April 11& 12 2015. The sophomore show in the Sunshine State promises to be jammed packed with new gadgets and products along with some of the best of the best in what our industry has to offer in corals & livestock. Over 160 vendors with an expansive floor plan that covers 2 large rooms and with just over 40,000 square feet there is sure to be a fix for all of you reef junkies in Orlando.
Reef-A-Palooza caters to both the exhibitor and hobbyist. Rather than an educational conference, most attendees come specifically for the purpose of viewing and seeing all the different exhibitor’s booths (corals…corals…corals) and displays. With the addition of educational speakers and a great raffle attendees stick around for most of the day. The promotional and marketing efforts that have been put forth are nearly guaranteed to attract high participation and attendance, and expect heavy foot-traffic throughout the building.
