The Sicce Xstream-E variable speed DC wave pumps we spied at InterZoo last year are finally starting to make their way to the US market. The Italian wavemakers are available in four sizes and are based off a variable speed DC motor that is becoming the standard in aquatic applications of late.
As we noted before, Sicce uses a vibration isolation system to keep the pumps running quiet, even when switching on and off. The pumps come with a controller, that can tie up to two of the pumps together to create short, medium and long pulses of flow, as well as random cycles with flow rates.
The Sicce Xtreme-E pumps range is size from pushing 925 GPH all the way up to 2250 GPH and range in price from around $120 to $250 apiece.
