The Sander XT 2000 is a hot rod ozone generating machine with loads of modern features to make it one of the best ozonizers in its class. Capable of generating up to 2,000 milligrams of Ozone per hour, the Sander XT 2000 is only for the serious aquarium professional, and the really big tanks.
In normal aquarium settings, a 100 or 200 mg/O3/hr ozone generator would be considered very high capacity, able to purify and ozonize tanks upwards of 500 gallons. But one of the biggest drawbacks to ozone generators is that very few of them are adjustable, making it hard to dial in how much ozone is required throughout the operation of the aquarium.
Not only is the XT 2000 adjustable, it uses a microprocessor controller to enable users to dial in ozone generation levels with unheard of precision of one percent increments, or 20mg of O3 per hour. The simple touchscreen quickly and simply displays the level of O3 it is set for, and it also uses a built-in digital flow meter to display the current rate of air supply.
Furthermore, the high tech design of the Sander XT 2000 allows it to be extremely small and very efficient compared to ozone generators of the same capacity. But all this condensed aquarium technology won’t come cheap, as the Sander XT 2000 will cost in the neighborhood of 2000€, which is still a competitive price for commercial levels of ozone production.
